This is something that will blow every cheese lover away. I had the inspiration of creating an “in-between” dish between main in dessert. This is a must try – odd looking yet delicious.
4 small pieces english Shorpshire Blue Cheese (Gorgonzola can be a substitute)
4 small spoons of dark chocolate ice cream
2-3 english pure butter shortbread (Walkers Brand) / crushed between two plastic sheet layers
8 small strawberries, washed, halved
8 Spoons of Heavy Cream
As seen on picture. Put the cheese on a plate – assort the crushed short bread to the cheese – spoon over the chocolate ice-cream – decorate with the strawberries. Dress with some heavy cream.
